Insurance on purchases guarantees a refund if something terrible happens last minute and you cannot attend the event. If a ticket is already on the way to you or is in your possession, the matter is out of our hands and we will not refund any payments made to Tixpire.
If you have payments past due, we can cancel further payments upon your request, but will not refund prior payments if a claim is made after payment is past due.
We will assess the validity of major life-changing events in order to see if an account qualifies for a refund.
Tixpire reserves the right to approve or deny any insurance claim based on the documented reasons below.
